Y20 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms of use for the y20 platform, which are binding on all registered users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms may be updated from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account or using any part of the y20 platform, you hereby accept and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the y20 platform.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and y20 as the service provider. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
The y20 platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. By registering, you confirm that you have reached the minimum required age and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable Malaysian law.
2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
- Each user is only permitted to hold one registered account only. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. False information may result in account suspension or closure.
- Y20 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to confirm the accuracy of the information provided.
- You are responsible for keeping your profile information up to date whenever changes occur.
Account Security
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials.
- Do not share your login credentials with any third party. y20 will not be held liable for any losses arising from a user's own disclosure of their account information.
- Any suspicious account activity must be reported to the y20 support team immediately.
- Y20 uses SSL encryption to protect all data communications between your device and our servers.
3. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
As a y20 platform user, you agree to abide by all applicable rules and to refrain from any prohibited activities. The following behaviours are specifically prohibited:
- Using automated software, bots, or any tools designed to manipulate y20's betting or gaming systems.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, identity fraud, or attempting to exploit technical errors on the platform.
- Colluding with other users to exploit the system or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
- Making deposit or withdrawal transactions using an account or payment method that does not belong to you.
- Distributing unlawful, offensive, or harmful content through any communication channel on the platform.
Violating any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, as well as the freezing of any balance associated with the suspected breach.
4. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
Currency & Payment Methods
All transactions on the y20 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Users are responsible for ensuring all deposits are made using a valid payment method that belongs to them. Available payment methods include local bank transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and other methods displayed within the platform.
Deposit Process
Approved deposits will be credited to your account balance once payment verification is complete. y20 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party payment providers. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by y20 and may change from time to time — please check the platform for the latest information.
Withdrawal Process
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with y20's policies and timelines. Users may be required to complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is approved. y20 reserves the right to place a hold on any withdrawal suspected of being linked to fraud or a breach of terms pending the outcome of an investigation.
- All transactions in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit)
- Withdrawals to accounts in the registered user's name only
- Bonus balances are subject to the applicable wagering requirements
- Transaction records can be reviewed in your account history
- Contact support for any transaction disputes
5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
Y20 provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding its continuous availability, accuracy of information, or suitability for any particular purpose. y20 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from betting or gaming activity.
We do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from technical disruptions, viruses, or errors. Users are responsible for ensuring their devices are adequately protected.
Account Policy: Suspension & Closure
Y20 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation, suspicious activity, or at our sole discretion. Any valid remaining balance in an account closed for reasons other than a breach will be returned to the user in accordance with established procedures.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the y20 platform — including logos, text, designs, graphics, and software — is the property of y20 or our authorised licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any such content without prior written consent from y20.
Third-Party Links
The y20 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. y20 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Access to external websites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms & Conditions
Y20 reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the platform. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.
